How can I create my own contracts templates?
It’s easy. If you click on CONTRACTS in the TEMPLATES section of the sidebar you will be able to read over the templates provided. If one happens to be what you are looking for you can just send it to your client.
More importantly, this is where you will be able to create your own contracts, should you need to. If you create your own template, you will be able to use it for any customer. To do so, click on NEW TEMPLATE in the upper right-hand corner of the page. This will bring you to a blank form.
First, name your contract. Section titles are the headers for the content, and the section content is the body of the agreement. Titles should directly relate to the paragraph or section. You can add as many sections you need using the ADD NEW SECTION button; and you can always delete sections if you add too many.
In the sections where you need to include information that changes from shoot to shoot, and client to client, use the tags provided in the table on the right side of the form. Simply copy and paste the tags where needed, and the information will populate when you create a contract specific to a client and session.
